Junior League of Collin County to Hold Membership Information Sessions

CALLING WOMEN INTERESTED IN VOLUNTEERISM, LEADERSHIP AND COMMUNITY

Junior League of Collin County to Hold Membership Information Sessions

Each year women from across the Collin County area embark on a journey to serve their communities and develop their own leadership potential through the Junior League of Collin County.   At the heart of the Junior League of Collin County’s mission is volunteerism.   Comprised of nearly 1,000 women dedicated to improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers, the Junior League of Collin County strives to have its mission serve as inspiration to others to embrace volunteerism and community impact.

Not only is Junior League an exceptional opportunity for on-going self development through their leadership and volunteer training, but life-long friendships are formed.  Members are exposed to many needs of the community and collaborate on solutions for lasting community change.  Key issue areas include family violence, literacy, health, children and youth.
