Wipe Out Kids’ Cancer (WOKC) revealed the live auction packages and entertainment for its 45th Anniversary Gala on Saturday, April 25 at The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas. With the bold theme “Cancer Does NOT Define ME!”, the milestone evening has limited seats available as supporters prepare to celebrate WOKC’s mighty Warriors and raise critical funds for children with cancer and their families. A portion of this year’s gala, $2 million, will directly benefit an exciting new partnership between WOKC and the V Foundation for Cancer Research to fund cutting-edge pediatric cancer research grants at top institutions.
The gala will feature a live auction with one-of-a-kind packages curated in partnership with the V Foundation and many generous donors. Highlighted packages include:
- Rare private culinary experience with world-renowned Chef Grant MacPherson curating and preparing an extraordinary multi-course menu centered around lobster and Wilde Irish Gin cocktail pairings with each course for 40 guests.
- 2026 US Open in New York City with four courtside seats to the Men’s Final with first-class air travel, dinner for four at Le Bilboquet, and two rooms for three nights at a Five-Star Luxury Hotel in Manhattan.
- An elegant Napa Valley getaway from July 30- August 2, 2026 to attend the V Foundation for Cancer Research Wine Celebration with premier chef and vintner experiences.
- A VIP Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix package including luxury box tickets and exclusive access to the F1 Culinary Kickoff event happening Nov. 2026.
The live auction offers guests the chance to bid on memorable experiences while supporting WOKC’s mission.
Adding to the energy of the evening, legendary rock group Little River Band will perform during the gala. Known for a string of chart-topping hits and enduring popularity across generations, the band will bring a special concert experience to WOKC’s 45th anniversary celebration.
Capping off the evening is a dessert and dance party with Emerald City All-Stars, whose high-energy entertainment has made the group a favorite for major events and unforgettable dance floors.

For 45 years, WOKC has brought comfort, hope, and meaningful support to children facing pediatric cancer through family-centered programs, including its signature Buddy Bags and Warrior Family Program, while also investing in innovative research to advance better treatments and outcomes for future patients.
Tatiana and Peter Cancro are serving as Honorary Chairs for the milestbil, with sports announcer Holly Rowe serving as master of ceremonies.
