David & Carolyn Alvey held their 4th annual Neighborhood Block Party in the Rolling Ridge 6 subdivision of Murphy on Oct. 31. Despite a dismal forecast, the weather turned out chilly, but mainly dry. High school seniors from The Heights Student Ministry helped with games and handing out candy.
