Heritage Farmstead of Plano will host a unique, adults-and-dogs-only event – Pumpkins, Pinots and Pooches – on Friday October 26 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The event will feature ghostly tales from the North 40 StoryTellers, a signature wine tasting by Scout and Cellar, beer from Lakewood Brewery, caricatures, friendly dog “tricks and treats”, a costume contest, puppy parade, dog’s bobbing for apples, and dog training in the meadow by Camp Bow Wow.

“Grab your dog and join us for our first Pumpkins, Pinots and Pooches event on the farm,” said Heritage Farmstead Museum Development Director Kathy Strobel. “You do not have to have a dog to attend, but you do need to love dogs!   Also, if you do bring your furry friend, please remember that all dogs must be on a leash.  Also, you need to bring potty supplies to pick up after your friends!”

The event is $20 per person and $5 per dog. Register online at https://tinyurl.com/pumpkinspinotspooches2018

The museum is located at 1900 W. 15th Street in Plano. For more information, please call 972.881.0140 or visit www.heritagefarmstead.org
