Terri Martinez, Owner, Etiquette North Dallas, will be the expert speaker at the St. Jude Career Alliance Ministry meeting on Wednesday morning, October 8. Ms. Martinez's October 8 presentation will provide guidelines on professional image & interview techniques.
Utilizing over 20 years of training and customer service experience in various service-related industries, Ms. Martinez knows the importance of understanding the basics for social situations in personal and professional settings. After receiving her degree in Psychology from Oklahoma State University, Ms. Martinez enjoyed a successful human resources and training career.
As a certified professional in human resources, Ms. Martinez saw the need for etiquette coaching in the corporate segment. "Etiquette coaching is definitely beneficial for the individual," Ms. Martinez said. "Proper training of this type also helps increase value and loyalty to the companies that provide such coaching for their associates."
